We run a variety of classes around Melbourne every week. If you've every been curious to give parkour a go, we have a beginners course for you. Or, if you're an early riser, our parkour fitness class gets you moving before work. 

We have classes for every body- whatever your level of fitness, strength or confidence. There are no prerequisites and all our training can be scaled up or down.

The atmosphere of the classes is amazing, where everyone supports each other, cheers for each other, helps each other. Parkour is all about pushing yourself, feeling comfortable in your own body, and being your best you. These classes definitely help me feel like I am accomplishing that!

Using game-based learning, our coaches engage with children through their interests, and make space for all participants to thrive, through movement.

This is a short, intense class to get your blood pumping and start the day right. This class will use functional movements and parkour training techniques to improve strength, endurance, agility, body awareness, endurance and stamina.

 

The class is based around functional, natural movements and bodyweight conditioning, so whether you’re a seasoned mover, a curious athlete from another discipline or just interested in adding more movement to your life, this class is for you.

 

Parkour for fitness class is for people of all levels of fitness and ability, as all exercises can be scaled to your level.

This class takes a low-impact approach to movement, using parkour techniques and approaches to explore your body and your city.

Developed especially for the needs of older people, Parkour Mature will increase your balance, agility, strength and overall fitness, through fun and functional training. Parkour Mature is a great way to remain agile as you age!
