We run a variety of classes every week. Whatever your level of fitness, strength or confidence, we have a class for you. There are no prerequisites for classes and all our training can be scaled up or down.

You must book in online for all our classes ahead of time,

and fill out our waiver and release of liability form before attending your first session.
