We run a variety of classes around Melbourne every week. If you've every been curious to give parkour a go, we have a beginners course for you. Or, if you're an early riser, our parkour fitness class gets you moving before work.
We have classes for every body- whatever your level of fitness, strength or confidence. There are no prerequisites and all our training can be scaled up or down.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST BOOK IN online FOR ALL OF OUR CLASSES, and fill out our Waiver and release of liability.
Parkour for Beginners
Trying parkour for the first time? Or had a little bit of experience but not as much as you'd like, or not feeling very confident or fit yet? This course is for you! This course is designed to cover all the basics to give you a solid baseline understanding of parkour, and enable you to confidently and safely continue your own training, either by yourself or with friends, or at future classes and jams. This course moves location, within jogging distance, each session to ensure a wide range of training, terrain, and movement styles are explored.

Kel & her team make Learning The Basics of Parkour fun and dynamic. They are very encouraging and supportive which is great for building confidence.
Sita
Parkour for Everybody
Learn to engage with (and jump over!) your urban environment. We'll learn to vault over obstacles, climb up and down walls, land safely and effectively, and to add all the skills together for flow. Parkour for Everybody classes will also improve your strength and conditioning, to help get stronger and avoid risk of injury. These classes are for anyone and everyone; to learn new skills, gain strength, stamina and flexibility, and have fun with new pals. Whatever your level of fitness, experience or confidence, these classes are for you. All our training can be scaled to your level.

All the instructors are incredible in that not only do they help you strive to be better, they are just friendly and amazing people that work to make classes as comfortable and accepting for as many people as possible.

Parkour for Kids and Families
Learn how to run, jump, climb, roll and play! These classes use play-based learning to engage children, helping them to improve motor skills, problem solving skills and physical literacy. Parents and carers are encouraged to join in too!

Really very well taught and structured. There was room for flexibility to change locations and accommodate students on the spot.
