Service Description

Trying parkour for the first time? Or had a little bit of experience but not as much as you'd like, or not feeling very confident or fit yet? This four-week course is for you! It's a great way to familiarise yourself with parkour training, refresh your own training or get that confidence boost to keep going! This class is designed to cover all the basics to give you a solid baseline understanding of parkour, and enable you to confidently and safely continue your own training, either by yourself or with friends, or at future classes and jams. This course explores a different location (within a short jog of the meeting location) each session to ensure a wide range of training, terrain, and movement styles are explored. If you're unable to afford the cost of this class, but would like to learn parkour, please get in contact! We can discuss a discount, or a barter of some sort.
