at home classes

We're running several of our classes and workshops online, as well as some more informal jam-style sessions.

You still need to book in for most of our at-home classes, so we can stick to workable class sizes. (Each class has a minimum number of two students, and a maximum of around 6, depending the class)

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST BOOK IN online FOR ALL OF OUR CLASSES, and fill out our Waiver and release of liability.

Parkour for Beginners - Intensive

Parkour really is for everyone no matter what age or size or fitness level. You always go at the pace you are comfortable with. No-one gets hurt!

No special requirements. Just wear comfy clothes you can move in, and bring a water bottle. Please complete a waiver before class

Kel & her team make Learning The Basics of Parkour fun and dynamic. They are very encouraging and supportive which is great for building confidence.

Really very well taught and structured. There was room for flexibility to change locations and accommodate students on the spot.

Parkour Mature

I love [parkour] because of the simplicity of the fact you’re outside and you’re doing things you might need to do one day… It always feels good. I’m always tired afterwards and I feel like I’ve done something good for my body.
